Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All Lumari products are made to order. After you place your order, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Once shipped, US orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery: 5–14 business days from order date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after production. International customers may be responsible for customs fees and import duties assessed by their country.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it.

Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first. If it's still missing after 3 days, email us at lifelumari@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders enter production quickly. Email us at lifelumari@gmail.com immediately if you need a change or cancellation. We'll do our best to catch it before printing, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color preference. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

What if my item is defective or wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email us at lifelumari@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, since all items are printed to order, we cannot accommodate size exchanges. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before purchasing. When in doubt, size up.

Print Quality & Sizing

What printing method do you use?

Most of our tees use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, which produces high-quality, vivid prints that hold up wash after wash. Some items may use screen printing or sublimation depending on the design.

How do I care for my shirt?

Turn inside out before washing. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron directly on the print. This preserves color and print quality for the long haul.

How do the shirts fit?

Fit varies by style. Check the size guide on each individual product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Do colors look exactly like the photos?

We represent colors as accurately as possible, but monitor calibrations vary. Colors may appear slightly different in person. Have a color question before ordering? Reach out — we're happy to help.
